Refund policy

We’re confident you’ll love your C6 Product, but things happen... so we’ve made returns as easy as possible!

All purchases made at C6outdoor.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, all returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The goal is to give our customers an opportunity to try out the tent at home (not beat it up on a 30 night camping trip)! 

Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.  

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of C6 Outdoor. A restocking fee may apply.

If you’d like to make a return or exchange please contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).

If the reason for return is not a result of a C6 Outdoor error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by C6 Outdoor may be deducted from your refund. If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition - a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care.

After the package arrives at our warehouse please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email or text confirmation.

If you'd like to exchange your items for something else please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.

C6 Outdoor can generate return labels for you to print, or we can send them to you, or you can use a shipper of your choice. When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that C6 Outdoor cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please print your RMA clearly on the shipping label. Thank you!

LAST MINUTE CHANGES

If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice and have paid already, chances are good your order is already being prepared for shipment. Please try to cancel your order immediately. If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will be treated as a Return.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be processed as a return.

Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfill orders for that item. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.

What are you looking for?

  1. In order to mount the Rev Rack Tent on your rack, you will need a platform style roof rack with flat surface of at least 48” x 84” / 1220mm x 2134mm with gaps between the slats no greater than 8” /203mm.
  2. Front Runner or Yakima / Rhino Rack Option: your Rev Rack Tent ships with 6 stainless steel eye nuts and appropriate track bolts.
  3. For “other” roof rack option: your Rev Rack Tent will come with a set of 4 Rev Straps that can be used to secure the tent to a wide variety of appropriately sized platform style roof racks for transport and sleep.
