C6 Outdoor Trademark and Brand Use Policy

Reseller must comply with C6 Outdoor’s Trademark & Brand Policy and represent yourself as a C6 Outdoor Authorized Reseller in all online advertising & sales collateral wherever reasonably possible to do so.

Setting up businesses, registering domain names, or social media usernames that contain any of C6 Outdoor’s trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To ensure compliance with C6 Outdoor’s Authorized Reseller Policy, you must only use approved marketing materials for all C6 Outdoor products.

Usage Guidelines

C6 Outdoor ® is a registered trademark (“Trademark”). The C6 Logo is a registered trademark.  C6 Outdoor grants Reseller a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Trademarks while the supply and/or distribution agreement is active and in good standing provided that (i) the Trademarks are used solely in connection with the advertisement, promotion and sale of C6 Outdoor products and (ii) Resellers use the Trademarks in accordance with all applicable policies, instructions and guidelines issued by C6 Outdoor from time to time. C6 Outdoor retains ownership of the Trademarks and all benefits from use of the Trademarks by a Reseller.

A Reseller is prohibited from creating advertising assets for C6 Outdoor products without prior approval from C6 Outdoor. This includes the use of C6 Outdoor logos, product names, descriptions, and images.  Any images containing C6 Outdoor products used in Advertisements by Reseller must have prior written consent from C6 Outdoor, except for the product images and logos provided by C6 Outdoor at  https://show.pics.io/c6-marketing-assets    

 The C6 Outdoor logo cannot be distorted, modified, manipulated, or altered in any Advertisement.

 A Reseller may use the approved product description copy which is available at c6outdoor.com. 

 A Reseller is allowed to copy product specific images and product descriptions directly from the C6 Outdoor website or use assets supplied specifically by C6 Outdoor.

 In the event that Reseller registers a domain utilizing the words “C6 Outdoor,” Reseller’s signature on this agreement shall be construed as an automatic assignment of ownership of the domain (in favor of C6 Outdoor) upon termination of Reseller’s supply agreement.

Each website selling C6 Outdoor products must be specifically approved in writing prior to the sale of C6 Outdoor products on such website.

An online Reseller must make sure that any authorized images on the Reseller’s website are up-to-date at all times based upon the images provided online at http://c6outdoor.com and / or at https://show.pics.io/c6-marketing-assets   

Reseller shall not use C6 Outdoor marketing materials for the promotion of any other brands, goods and services.

 Upon request, Reseller shall provide company with a list of instances where it has caused the trademark, including but not limited to the words “C6 Outdoor,” to be in use.

What are you looking for?

  1. In order to mount the Rev Rack Tent on your rack, you will need a platform style roof rack with flat surface of at least 48” x 84” / 1220mm x 2134mm with gaps between the slats no greater than 8” /203mm.
  2. Front Runner or Yakima / Rhino Rack Option: your Rev Rack Tent ships with 6 stainless steel eye nuts and appropriate track bolts.
  3. For “other” roof rack option: your Rev Rack Tent will come with a set of 4 Rev Straps that can be used to secure the tent to a wide variety of appropriately sized platform style roof racks for transport and sleep.
